Services

Love Chapters provides custom and templated wedding stationery and design services. By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate information required for the completion of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made through credit & debit cards and PayPal. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Custom Design Process

For bespoke stationery, clients will receive digital proofs via email before printing. It is the client’s responsibility to review all proofs for errors, including spelling, grammar, dates, and other details. Once a proof is approved, Love Chapters is not liable for any errors found after printing.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and location of the client. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order. Love Chapters is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once the proof has been approved. No refunds or exchanges are offered on personalised or custom stationery unless there is an error on our part. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, any cancellations may be subject to charges for work already completed.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and content created by Love Chapters are our intellectual property. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any of our designs without prior written consent.

We value your privacy and will only use your personal information to process orders and provide you with our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

Liability

While we strive to ensure that our services meet the highest standards, Love Chapters will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
