Refund Policy

At Love Chapters, we strive to provide high-quality wedding stationery and a seamless customer experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Custom and Bespoke Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our custom and bespoke stationery, all sales are final once you approve the final proof. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products unless there is an error on our part.

Template Orders

For templated orders, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your digital proof. Please contact us with your order details, and we will evaluate your request. If approved, we will process your refund.

Errors on Our Part

If there is an error in the printed materials due to our oversight (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong details as per the approved proof), we will work with you to rectify the situation. We will either reprint the items at no additional charge or offer a refund based on the specific circumstances.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, any cancellations will incur a fee for work already completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at phoebe@lovechapters.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. We will respond within 1 business days.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
